126 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the 126 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms set out below.

These terms apply to all users of the 126 platform in Malaysia. Last updated: 2026.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 126 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 126 platform.

To use this platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
  • Be a resident of Malaysia or a user accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where its use is permitted
  • Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information
  • Have never been suspended or banned from using the 126 platform previously

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 126 platform. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Keep this information safe and do not share it with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to be carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to 126 support.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation. 126 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to use the 126 platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. In particular, you are prohibited from:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the platform
  • Engaging in fraud, account manipulation, or any form of financial misconduct
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring ownership of your account to another party
  • Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits into a 126 account
  • Taking any action that undermines the integrity of the games or the experience of other users

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and 126 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending an internal investigation.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on the 126 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept direct payments in foreign currencies, and any currency conversion that takes place is the user's own responsibility.

Deposits will be credited to your account once verification has been successfully processed. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. For withdrawals, you must use the same payment method as your deposit unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and are subject to change from time to time.

126 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being put on hold.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 126 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet user expectations in every situation. 126 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

All content on the 126 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 126 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent from 126.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. 126 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external sites. Accessing any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

126 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 126 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Temporary Suspension

An account may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected, verification requests remain unresolved, or a minor breach of terms has occurred. Users will be notified via email and may contact support to resolve the matter.

Permanent Closure

Accounts will be permanently closed in cases of confirmed fraud, serious breaches of these terms, repeated use by a previously banned user, or at the user's own request. Any valid balance will be processed in accordance with 126's standard withdrawal procedures.
